About the Role
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly creative and skilled Graphic & Media Content Creator to join our dynamic team. This role will be pivotal in visually communicating our brand's essence, educational offerings, and community engagements through compelling graphic and media content.
Key Responsibilities:
Graphic Design:
Develop visually captivating designs for digital and print materials, including brochures, flyers, posters, and branding materials.
Design and create engaging visuals for social media, website, and email marketing campaigns.
Ensure all designs align with the company's brand guidelines and convey our artistic vision.
Media Creation:
Produce and edit high-quality multimedia content, including videos, animations, and interactive presentations.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create captivating video campaigns, testimonials, and promotional content.
Utilize multimedia tools to enhance storytelling and effectively communicate the essence of Indian classical dance.
Content Strategy & Execution:
Work closely with the marketing and content teams to conceptualize and execute creative content strategies.
Brainstorm and pitch innovative ideas for visual content that resonate with our diverse audience.
Implement visual storytelling techniques to showcase the artistic journey of our artists and the cultural significance of dance forms.
Collaboration & Coordination:
Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives.
Coordinate photo/video shoots, ensuring proper equipment and resources are available for seamless execution.
Manage relationships with external vendors, freelancers, or agencies involved in content creation.
Requirements
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Media Arts, or a related field.
Proven experience (X years) as a graphic designer, multimedia creator, or similar role in a creative environment.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and other relevant design/editing software.
Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of creative graphic and multimedia projects.
Understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and multimedia storytelling techniques.
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
