About the Role

Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Brand Manager to drive the strategic development and execution of COMPANY's brand initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a passion for Indian classical dance, a deep understanding of branding strategies, and a proven track record in brand management within the arts or education sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies aligned with COMPANY's mission and values.

Manage and maintain the brand's visual identity, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.

Lead the creation of marketing campaigns, collateral, and materials to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, audience preferences, and competitive positioning.

Collaborate cross-functionally with education, marketing, and operations teams to align brand objectives.

Cultivate partnerships and collaborations that amplify the brand's reach and relevance in the industry.

Monitor and evaluate brand performance metrics, adjusting strategies for optimal impact.

Oversee social media presence, content creation, and community engagement strategies.

Requirements

  • Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (Master's preferred).
