About the Role
Position Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and innovative Research & Development Associate to drive the research initiatives and spearhead innovative projects for COMPANY. As a pivotal member of our team, you will contribute to the evolution and growth of Indian classical dance education, exploring new avenues and advancing our offerings in line with our vision.
Key Responsibilities:
Research Initiatives:
Conduct in-depth research on trends, innovations, and best practices within the field of Indian classical dance.
Analyze market dynamics, competitor strategies, and industry advancements to identify growth opportunities.
Innovative Project Development:
Ideate, develop, and prototype pioneering initiatives aligned with COMPANY's ethos and objectives.
Collaborate cross-functionally to translate ideas into actionable plans, ensuring feasibility and impact.
Curriculum & Program Enhancement:
Collaborate with dance educators and artists to enhance curriculum materials and program structures.
Introduce innovative teaching methodologies and content to elevate the educational experience.
Technology Integration:
Explore and evaluate technology solutions to enhance learning experiences and operational efficiency.
Spearhead the integration of tech tools or platforms beneficial for COMPANY's growth.
Partnerships & Collaborations:
Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with institutions, artists, and industry experts.
Initiate collaborative projects aimed at fostering innovation and expanding COMPANY's reach.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
Collect and analyze data related to program performance, student engagement, and market trends.
Prepare comprehensive reports outlining insights and recommendations for decision-making.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Dance, Arts Administration, Education, or related fields.
Demonstrated experience (X years) in research and development within the arts or education sector.
In-depth knowledge and passion for Indian classical dance forms and their cultural significance.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
Innovative mindset with a track record of ideating and implementing successful projects.
Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with relevant research tools and methodologies.
