About the Role

Role Overview:
As the Human Resource & Administration Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions and administrative operations within COMPANY. Your role involves implementing HR strategies, managing recruitment, fostering a positive work environment, and ensuring smooth administrative processes to support the company's growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. HR Strategy & Implementation:

Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with COMPANY's mission and goals.

Implement effective HR policies, procedures, and best practices.

2. Talent Acquisition & Management:

Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for various roles within the organization.

Develop onboarding programs to facilitate a smooth integration process for new hires.

Manage performance appraisal systems and talent development initiatives.

3. Employee Relations & Engagement:

Foster a positive work culture and employee morale through engagement activities.

Address employee concerns, conflicts, and disciplinary issues in a fair and timely manner.

Organize training sessions and workshops to enhance employee skills and motivation.

4. Administration & Operations:

Oversee administrative functions, including facilities management and vendor relations.

Manage office operations, ensuring a conducive work environment for employees.

Handle budgeting, inventory, and procurement processes as required.

5. Compliance & Legal Responsibilities:

Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.

Maintain accurate records and documentation related to HR and administrative activities.

6. Communication & Coordination:

Facilitate effective communication between departments and management.

Liaise with external partners, stakeholders, and government authorities as necessary.


  • Qualifications & Skills:

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. (Master's degree preferred)

    • Proven experience (X years) in HR management, preferably in a creative or arts-related industry.

    • Strong knowledge of HR principles, employment laws, and best practices.

    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.

    • Proficiency in HRIS, MS Office, and other relevant software.

    • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a dynamic environment.

    • Passion for the arts and a commitment to supporting cultural initiatives.
